What to do about wedding favors?
My wedding is on August 9th of this year and I almost forgot about the wedding favors Is it a traditional requirement to have favors? Will I offend my guests if I don't have favors at the reception?

Hello all I was wondering if wedding favors are popular in this day and age. I've only been to one wedding but it was outside the country. There didn't seem to be that many so I'm not sure. I was thinking of getting some from centerpiecesandfavors.com which has a lot of interesting and elegant stuff but if there are other options like wedding boutiques that would be better. I'm the best man for a wedding and am helping in the setup process. HELP

Do peopel really get offended if you donate to charity instead of traditional wedding favors?
after comments made about a previous question i decided to ask if charity favors bother people or if doing the dollar dance but donating the money to charity might make my guest still upset. I know people seem to despise the dollar dance which i dont completely understand but to be angry about charity just doesnt make sense to me. Why not give back on my special day?Just to correct. The money for the favors is ours to begin with not our guest we try to help out in any way we can as students we should. Besides regular favors just go to wast bubbles and cheap picture frames just go to waste and there will be an announcement made saying exactly where the dance money is going. I dont think the dollar dance says that your hard up for cash like people have said. and the guest do have a choice. We dont want to trick anyone in any way.

Need Puerto Rican spanish "love you" sayings for wedding favors.?
Getting " remarried" to my husband next Friday. 8 29 is our first wedding date 10 years ago & we are renewing our vows to celebrate our anniversary together. My husband is Puerto Rican and I am just me not Puerto Rican . I am painting some favors and centerpieces for our tables and wanted to paint some nice wedding sayings. I would like to say stuff like...You are my heart in spanish anyone know the correct translation? Maybe other ideas for romantic sayings in spanish & their english translations? I promise to love and cherish you for as long as we both shall live...I don't know? I am so bad at this stuff HELP Also, I would like to know how to say " To have and to hold..." in spanish too.
Unique Wedding Favors?
What are some unique wedding favors that youve all seen or have had in your own weddings? Any websites will be helpful.. Im looking to buy if needed Ill assemble as well approx. 100 150 favors.. maybe more.. so if you know of any cheap wholesale or lot websites please helpIve already posted this in the wedding section but I would like to see what my brothers and sisters in Ramadan think.Edit Its my brothers in law s wedding this summer in Palestine the last two... and the four of us the daughters in law who are already married got 'assigned' different things lol to make it a 'hit' I got assigned the favors and the baskets for the favors.. I want to do something different something to make people say 'wow.. we've never had this before'Ive got a lot of free time so anything that requires I assembly things Im fine doing it.. like filling candies in a tulle bag or something I was also thinking of getting candles in the shape of roses and having the brides hand those out on the wedding maybe a basket of 25 each Id prefer the candle to a fake flower. and a candle will be cheaper than a real rose.
