Question: Muslims and wedding bands...?
(Posted by: BollywoodBoy on 2008-12-06 13:43:45)
I have heard it both ways, and would like to know.... Do Muslims wear their wedding band on the right or left hand? Is it worn on the traditional ring finger, as in the west? Is it the same for men and women? Thanks. |

When we are engaged we wear it on the right, on the wedding night, we move them to the left. And Muslim men arent allowed to wear gold rings, so they usually wear silver, but girls most likely wear gold. |

I am sorry you had to get such ignorant answers from really stupid people (look above). :) But anyway, it is really old fashioned for Muslims to wear on right fingers but many still do others have adapted to the Western ways and wear it on their left. |

I've heard "Omar Akbar and the Mameluke " is available on short notice. Do you need booking info? Oh, wait, I just read the small print. Forget I said anything. I know nothing about jewelry. |
