It's a natural gesture. Women do it too. Kind of gross. I don't do it, but you've seen Ciara's "Like a Boy " music video and Lil Mama's "Lipgloss " video, then you'll know. Or they're just making sure they still have a dick there.

Its just a rapper thing. thats what they do. it makes them look cool. thats what all the black people do. (im not racist or anything.)
