How do I convince my college that pop/hip hop concerts suck?
I go to Cornell University. Our concert commission has now gotten these artists in the last 2 years to perform Drake, Kid Cudi, Cee Lo Green, Lupe Fiasco, and Nelly. They always send out surveys to see what people want and every time, the people in my school vote for the same genre. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy listening to their music...but their concerts suck The only time they ever actually sing their song is when they're at a worthwhile concert like when they're on tv , otherwise they just play it back and yell over it usually slurring their words because they overdid it with the pot during the pre show .What makes this even more annoying is every time we have these concerts, practically everyone always say, " man, that music artist sucked " And if they are in the few percentage of people that actually thought it was a good concert, its because they too overdid it on the marijuana. Is it too much to ask for a concert where people actually sing their damn song ?
