I think it's funny how rappers rap about being at war but never been to war.

Check out Geto Boys "F*ck a War ". It's about going to war and performed by Bushwick Bill but written by Willie D who has war experience from before.

Canibus was (is?) in the military. But I don't believe he served in Iraq or Afghanistan. Though I may be wrong.
