For example, Little Brother's "Cheatin' "; "Then I say eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen... Can't think of nothing that rhyme wit', fifteen. " I'm not asking you to specifically criticize the previous line. Jus' your overall thoughts on this. And please inform me if this question has been asked before.... provided with a link, please.

I like when rappers do that. It shows that they have a sense of humor. But they only get one of those in their career, so choose wisely. If they do that a second time, it's lame.

That was actually the only example I can think of of a rapper admitting he couldn't find a word to rhyme with another IN SONG. Little Brother (Phonte said this I believe) did it to add more comedic elements to a song that was a joke, and a parody of the Infamous Isley Brothers and R.Kelly collaboration tracks (Down Low and Contagious). I wouldn't really want to hear a lot of rappers start doing it just for the hell of it. To me, that would just be lazy. It worked for that particular song, couldn't really see it working nowhere else though.

I only heard Em do it, but when Em does it, it fits. "chubba, chubba, chubba, chubba, chubba, chubba, I don't have any lines to go right here so Chubba, tubba, tubba, FELLOWS (what!), FELLOWS, grab your left-- make your right one jealous (what?) "

It happens all the time if you are freestyling, just keep flowing even if it doesnt always make sense, it will come more naturally the more you do it. But as for the rappers who make up words for the sake of rhyming in written songs, I hope they die a horrible death (wayne, gucci, souljiah boy, ect).

I thought that song was a parody.
