If someone held a halloween haunted house in their basement, would you go?

Question: If someone held a halloween haunted house in their basement, would you go?

(Posted by: EddieLightning on 2009-09-26 18:44:10)

This Halloween, a few friends and myself are holding a Haunted House attraction at my place. I want to do it in my basement, because it's pitch black at night. My friends, who are helping me build it, say they wouldn't go to a Haunted House if it was in someone's basement. Personally, I would. They want to do in my garage like I did with another friend of mine 4 years ago, but it just wasn't scary enough. So do you guy think it's a good idea? Would you go to a Haunted House in someone's basement?? I mean, it's just a Halloween attraction... Not going to kill anyone... Isn't it as riskful as taking candy from a stranger? I'd advertise flyers around my High School, so would that make the situation a bit different? > < I mean, I'm a 16 year old student. @_@ Like, what if you know it's a school classmate's house? I don't expect little kids to drop by, I'm targeting more towards teens and older. ;P The stairs to the basement are just a few steps off the entrance of the house, so it wouldn't require going too deep into my house. Just enter, walk a few steps, and there's the basement entry.

Yeah i think the basement is a good option. It will make it super scary. Instead of having it pitch black put a strobe like on so you can see a little but because it's flashing it won't be clear. I'd go it would be fun.

I would. maybe get your parents or a teacher to sorta chaparone it and then kids would be able to come probly.

If I was friends with the person, sure. Otherwise i'd be afraid they'd like rape me or something = P Even if it's just an aquaintence

Personally, I wouldn't go, I don't like the idea. I would probably go to one in a garage. It doesn't make sense but it just seems odd for it to be within the home. That's just my opinion. I hope everything turns out great for you! :)

Fuck yeahhh!!! Right, well, u should probs invite people you know and people you know who wouldn'd p*ss about TOO much. Coz you wouldn't want to put anybody in actually danger. Rape, fights and accidents etc etc. So be careful and only invite people who you know would be responsible but who can have a good time of COURSE!! ;D
