Im really excited and ive been waiting to put them up and i literally cannot wait. But i think its a little to early BUT the stores are already selling the decorations and i really want to put the decorations up but i dont want people to think we're crazy ....

One of my neighbors in a very small apt complex just committed suicide. I didn't know him. I wanted to decorate outside for Halloween, but it somehow feels desrespectful to hang ghost & skeletons & skulls & ghoulies under the circumstances. I'm I right to feel this way? Would my neighbor the one left living there take offence?? How long should I wait, if I should wait?

Horror flick Halloween decoration giving me REALLY bad nightmares and I want them to stop?
Okay, so a few weeks ago we went to Party City to get an idea of what we wanted to be for Halloween. We decided to bring my friend along with us because we thought it'd be fun. It was fun, until we were waiting at the front of the store for my Dad to bring his truck around to get us. There was this figure of Freddy From the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, which, FYI, I've never seen at the front of the store. I didn't think it was going to scare me any, so I dared my friend to push the button that was on the base of the figure. It then started moving and Freddy's song started playing my friend told me what it was when it started to play That was the freaky part. It didn't help much when more people came in and decided to press the button again, this time causing Freddy to talk. I was glad to get out of there. But things got worse.While in the truck my friend started to tell us about the Elm Street movies Even though I told her to stop, but she kept telling us my brother and dad wanted an excuse to scare me about how Freddy is a murderer in them. Now that was too much. I now have a mental picture of Freddy, complete with his voice and song and all about him, and it is stuck in my head. That night and ever since I haven't been able to sleep, because every time I close my eyes I see him, and I keep thinking he's going to come in and kill me. I keep telling myself he is not real, but that's not helping. I try watching Disney movies, but after falling asleep for a little while, Freddy pops up in my head and wakes me back up. I try listening to music, but his song keeps popping back up into my head. I had to go back to Party City last night to get my costume, and Freddy was still there. People of course pushed the button, and now I'm having more and more nightmares about him. I can't stand them anymore, and I'm am getting up tired every day because they keep me awake. How can I get rid of them?
Should I get back my Halloween decorations that were stolen from my front yard?
Every year we put out these handmade personalized tombstones that my dad made with my friend's names on them and funny ways how they died. The very night he put them out this year someone stole most of them and also a scarecrow. They left 3 out of the 12 tombstones and 1 out of the 2 scarecrows. I happened to come across a tombstone last weekend at this house I was at for a party. My friend showed me it because she had recognized it was one of mine and it was just laying there in the hallway and I also found my scarecrow in the house too, standing in a corner with a Halloween mask on it. Obviously it was someone living in that house pulling a cruel prank. I'm thinking maybe they didn't know it was my house, but then again the only 3 tombstones that were left were mine, my best friends, and my dads, so I thought that was a weird coincidence. I would really like to have them back, but I'm unsure how to handle the whole situation? What would you do?
