I owned a 1970 GTO Judge as my first car. Sorry, I don't have the perfect answer for you on how to restore it, but whatever you do...don't do like me and sell it. A perfect restored 1970 GTO Judge that's stated on the title and # matching goes for about $35,000+ right now and in 5-years that should increase to $75,000. Depending on your model. I sold my Pontiac/ TA magazines from the 80's on Ebay for a pretty penny. GOATS are hot... hang on to yer 'Here Comes Da JUDGE!!! By the way does it say Judge on the title...I can't remember if mine did or didn't, but it was a GTO Judge alright...right from the stickers to the hood tach to the wing, sway bar, posi trac etc... and it had orginal 400. I'm not ashamed I let mine go, I wanted other hobbies. I at that time had GTO pictures framed on the wall and wasn't to far from engine block tables with piston ashtrays... I made the move and would like to have a sweet totally restored one now, but at these Ebay Motors silly prices, i'd rather just buy new and keep gambling in the stock market. PS, I will say this... nothing chaps my hide more than seeing the new Mustang,Challenger & Camero coming and the 2006 GTO looks awful!!! Why they couldn't design it like the 1968 GTO is beyond me. (I owned a 1968 Goat too), Have you seen the new Dodge Challenger that is not just a concept but coming soon. CHECK IT OUT!!!*shaaaAAWEEEEET!* raidehz@yahoo.com |
