No, not to late. I'm there and I'm 19 and play for Santos of Mexico. I'm a res.(Come in when first team missing many players) I started at 10 years old. You need to be not good but great. And have a profile I did. As a kid lead in scoring in 2 seasons. 40 games I got 35 goals and 34 ass.

Ian wright wasnt spotted until he was 23 but he was still playing lower leagues at a young age so get yourself to a club asap and get your name about Same goes with vinne jones he was around 25 when spotted

No you aren't too old to become pro. Log onto footballcv.com they set up matches that you can take part in all over the country in professional teams stadiums, eg Reading, Leicester etc and scouts from different teams come to watch the game and select the people with potential.
