Question: Digital cameras under $150 dollars you would recommend?

I want to buy a new digital camera because mine is to old. I am looking for a small one that takes really good pictures. I don't care about if its touch or other stuff I just want to take really good pictures, you know, with good movement resolution and a good lens.
