Question: I lost my digital camera cord!?

I lost my camera cord for my sony cybershot DSC- S980. It takes a sandisk memory card. I know instead of trying to track down another camera cord I can buy a device that you put your memory card into and plug into my usb. I'm not very technology savvy, so what is this called?

It's a card reader. Make sure it supports your card type

Its called a memory card reader, like this one from amazon: amazon.com/ Mini-Memory-Reader-Black-Compatible/ dp/ B000LQFI2I/ ref= sr_1_12?ie= UTF8 &s= electronics &qid= 1268355401 &sr= 8-12 and if you dont want to order online most deoartment stores carry them in their electronics or photolab departments.

No sandisk is the brand not the type, I'm sure somewhere on earth sells a replacement cable.
