Question: What's the best digital camera/printer combo for a teen?

We can't spend too much, but my 16- year- old loves photographing his friends & odd things (like his room and the cat!), so it doesn't need to be fancy camera. Also, he'd like a printer to go with it. Again, he's happy w/ smaller prints, though it'd be nice to have the capacity for larger ones, like 8X10's. There's an HP combo at bestbuy.com, that looks decent. We'd like to spend no more than $200!

Canon powershot with a Canon Pixma photo printer is a good combo.
