Question: Which do you think the best digital camera manufacturer, and why?

There are lots of brands that manufacturing digital camera, such as Sony, Canon, Kodak, Olymubs, Nikon, Fuji, Minolta and etc.. but which of all these brands u consider to be the best ever have been ?

Canon is a good choice but they were a little slow on the conversion to digital and their mid-price range cameras are really devoid of quality. The best digital cameras out there are Nikon's they consistently rate at all price ranges as some of the best camera's out there. They are easy to use, but are packed with features for the more advanced users. They are always making changes and alterations to improve their CoolPix lines as well. Of course their digital SLR is hard to beat. Plus the unquie Nikon software that enables people to EDIT and SHARE digital photos is some of the best there is. Nikon has really stepped it up in the Digital world.

I personally think that Canon, and Sony are they greatest brands, they produce qualitity pictures, they are good sizes and great prices

I am using Canon SLR gears because Canon has a set of very good lenses at the price range I can afford. Of course the a many good camera out there but they are so expensive. If you need a point-and-shoot camera at around $300, I think all the camera manufacturers you listed are the same. Each manufacture have some good quality picture cameras, and some bad. When comparing picture quality of cameras, most point-and-shoot users do not see any difference between pictures. They could not realize the color cast on one picture and not on the other. The user just complain why the camera is so slow (auto focus). That is it. In short, you don't need to care about what is the best digital camera manufacturer. Just find the one that look nice and have the functions you like. I can say all the camera manufacturers you listed are very good digital camera manufacturer.
